The Terms Of Use of any and every website is a vital component of ensuring everyone is on the same page, even if they aren't reading it. I'll be honest, I am a creative writer. However, creative legal writing is out of my scope of current capabilities. Regardless, I will give this Terms Of Use a good shot from the seeds I've gathered across the net.

19 December 2024

The date is very important for the Terms Of Use. This is my first round at it. Please, mark the date in your mind. Only the BS on this website written before this date, can you get away with pinching, you grinch. Yes, sound a bit like Yoda, do I? I had a cappuccino and Star Wars mode, in I am.

Unless the current copyright law says that it is okay for you to do, you are not allowed to copy or transmit any of the content on this website, including files you might download, without the copyright owner's permission. In other words, this Terms Of Use says you need to get the say so from the get go. Contacting is us is easy, precious. It's on the footer of every page.

The Australian Copyright Act let's happen some uses of content from the internet without permission from the copyright owner. If educational institutions, Commonwealth and State governments pay fair compensation, they are allowed to use it. This includes licencing schemes managed by Copyright Agency.

On occasion we may change our mind, perhaps more often than our oil. We will update our Terms Of Use to reflect our decision. Ensure you stay abreast of this situation by checking-in with this page. It's in your best interests.

I acknowledge the Whadjuk People of the Noongar nation who are the Traditional Custodians of the land, sea and air that I live, study and work on. I also acknowledge the Yamatji People who are the Traditional Custodians of my birthplace. I give, with a willing soul, due regard to all Indigenous Peoples across the globe and all Elders past, present and future. Furthermore, I recognise the inherent value of Indigenous connection to country and Indigenous spiritual belief systems. First Nations People occupied Australia prior to colonisation. No white law will ever change that.
